MyGov mobile application

The official mobile app of the Unified Interactive State Services Portal provides users with round-the-clock, remote access without queues. It encompasses over 20 sectors, including family, education, social protection, sports, and transportation, offering more than 370 services along with a 10% discount on paid services.

The application consolidates features such as registration, facial recognition via FaceID, access to government services, application submission, and payments into a single platform. Its user-friendly and intuitive interface allows users to maximize functionality. The MyScanni feature enables immediate login to your account without using username and password, verification of document authenticity obtained from services, downloading documents, and quick payments for services. To use it, install the app, press the scanning icon in the center, and scan the relevant QR code.

Within the MyGov app, users can find answers to common questions and explore video tutorials related to various services. Each service profile provides detailed information, including descriptions, pricing, and processing times. Additionally, users can manage their profiles, submit applications, leave reviews for services, access personal documents, real estate data, vehicle information, and monitor utility balances directly through the app.

Complex inquiries such as marital status, credit history, educational loans, power of attorney for vehicle management—covering over 50 different reference types—no longer require physical visits or manual applications. Instead, electronic applications can be submitted within five minutes from home, with results received promptly within the specified timeframe.

Payments can be made through the Payments section for nearly 1,000 daily needs across various sectors—all without leaving the application. Users also have the option to settle payments for government services within the app itself.
